Reservations Policy
To secure a reservation, 50% of the weekly rental rate plus 7% tax & 15% service charge is due at the time of booking. The balance of the rental rate is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. If the booking falls within this period the entire balance is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellation 61 or more days prior to the arrival date, 20% of the weekly rental rate will be forfeited. For cancellation 45-60 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the weekly rental rate will be forfeited. For cancellation less than 45 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the weekly rental rate will be forfeited.
Christmas/New Year & Easter Reservations
To secure a reservation, 50% of the weekly rental rate plus 7% tax & 15% service charge is due at the time of booking. The balance of the rental rate is due 90 days prior to the arrival date. If the booking falls within this period the entire balance is due at the time of booking. Note: there is NO refund of the deposit or the balance of the rental rate once paid for the Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter periods.
Additional Information on Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing (email is acceptable). If there is availability within 60 days of the cancelled reservation we will gladly re-book your stay and waive the cancellation penalty charge. If the rate falls into a lower rate schedule we will honour the lower rate. However, please note that the full balance will be due at the time of re-booking as it is within the 60 day period. Please note that this does not apply to Thanksgiving, Christmas & Easter bookings.
There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures for any reason including inclement weather, acts of God or nature. All terms & conditions stated herein are strictly applied, therefore travel insurance which covers trip cancellation for any reason is strongly recommended.
Check-in: 3:00 P.M. Check-out: 11:00 A.M.
Housekeeping: The house will be clean on arrival. Daily housekeeping is included in the rental rate with the exception of service on Sundays unless by special arrangement. Personal laundry is done by our housekeeper for a small fee.
