Package includes a Baraka Point signature wood-fired oven pizza night with steel pan jazz, daily continental breakfast, a case of house wine & a Baraka Point 4 x 4 SUV. Plus complimentary use of our Hobie catamaran, kayaks, beach buggy & a treasure hunt (for children only!). $22,000 for up to 6 guests occupying 3 suites (Note: the villa is rented to only one group at a time so you will not be sharing the property with other guests even if you are not occupying all 5 suites.) $28,000 for up to 14 guests occupying 5 suites & 4 twin bedrooms These rates do not include 7% tax and 15% service fee. Additional meals cooked by our private chef, alcohol, spa treatments and motorized water sports are an extra charge.

High season is Dec. 16th, 2011-April 15th, 2012 excluding the 10 nights over Christmas/New Year
Mid season is April 16-July 22, 2011/2012
Low season is July 23-Dec. 15, 2011/2012 excluding the week over Thanksgiving
Note: Baraka Point Estate is closed from September 4-October 8, 2011 for staff holidays and maintenance.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) All rates quoted are for EXCLUSIVE use of the entire estate and all amenities regardless of the size of the group. We do NOT rent to more than one group at a time. Rates are subject to change without notice prior to making a confirmed booking.
2) Baraka Point can accommodate 14 guests in total (with a maximum of 10 adults) PLUS 2-3 infants in cribs located in parent's suites at no extra charge.
3) Baraka Point has a 7 night minimum stay throughout the year, with the exception of July 23-Dec 15 when we accept 5 night stays.
