Aaron Seddon & Kim Takeuchi
Baraka Point's husband & wife team have been managing the estate together for the past 6 years. They met on Virgin Gorda and have two children, Wil & Charli. Aaron is also a talented chef and Kim is our in-house spa therapist and yoga/Pilates instructor. They both lead active lives and are passionate about all that Virgin Gorda and Baraka Point Estate have to offer as a luxury destination. Together with their team of 6 Baraka Point employees they deliver personalized service that is second to none.
Josh Ridgeway
Josh is Baraka Point's operations coordinator and bartender. He can also be found helping out in the evenings during dinner service pouring wine from Baraka Point's private cellar. Josh comes from a catering and hospitality background in the USA and Canada and is an enthusiastic semi-pro baseball player in his spare time.
Debbie Takeuchi
Debbie joins us from Vancouver, Canada where she managed a popular city restaurant. At Baraka Point she is our concierge and kiddie's activities coordinator. She has two children of her own and brings an energy to her position that is inspiring and infectious--whatever you wish to do during your stay she will be happy to help make arrangements and reservations on your behalf. She is also happy to make suggestions or to leave you to full time relaxation by the pool...
Alex Bartell
Alex hails from Essex, England and is our jack of all trades; he is a master mixologist, a water sports fanatic and a landscape designer-in-training. As such, you will most often find Alex behind the bar, in the gardens or on one of Baraka Point's boats giving instruction to beginners or whizzing around the bays while you try your hand at wake-boarding and water-skiing. He is also a firm favourite with our young guests who enjoy Alex's carefully planned Treasure Hunts and guided snorkeling tours.
Ed Versluys
This staff person's information is under construction and his image will be posted soon. Ed joined us this winter as Baraka Point's new private chef from London, England. He is a talented cook who enjoys fusing flavours from around the world. The food at Baraka Point is freshly prepared daily from the finest available ingredients including herbs from Baraka Point's organic vegetable & herb garden. Ed will cook to your tastes or he can surprise you with his many creations--be sure to try his chocolate brownies, they are out of this world...

Padmonee Singh
Padmonee is our housekeeper extraordinaire. She takes a great deal of pride in her role as guardian of Baraka Point and keeps everything sparkling, polished and clean. She is also happy to help with special requests and guest laundry; no job is too big or small and it is always done with a smile.
Kim Takeuchi

Rey Diaz
Rey is responsible for keeping the enormous quantity of Iroko hard wood at Baraka Point looking its very best year in and year out. Rey learned his craft in the Philippines where he comes from, and he is as much an artist as he is a joiner. He built the windows and doors on our new Games Pavilion which opened at the beginning of 2011, and while you might not see him during your stay he is very much a part of the aesthetic elements of the Baraka Point experience.
